The Insurance Sales Producer plays a key role in driving growth for the agency by focusing on Property and Casualty Insurance and Multiline Insurance Sales. Reporting directly to the agency owner, this role involves developing new client relationships, providing expert policy consulting, and managing ongoing customer interactions. The producer participates in daily client meetings and weekly sales target reviews to ensure alignment with agency goals, all while working without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation
  • Consult clients on insurance policies tailored to their needs
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Generate regular sales reports and participate in performance reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Life and Health Insurance License
