What You'll Do
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up on leads
• Participate in community events, networking groups, and marketing initiatives
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Cross-sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within CRM systems


What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of successful sales experience
• Property & Casualty License preferred
• Life & Health License preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
