POSITION OVERVIEW:

Davis Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account servicing needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide prompt, professional service to clients by phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.

Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items.

Review policies with clients and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.

Work closely with producers and agency staff to support client needs.

Deliver the high level of service that defines the Davis Insurance experience.
