Personal Lines Insurance Agent | Training Provided

Are you friendly, dependable, and good at helping people? You may be a great fit for our team.

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to help individuals and families with their home, auto, and other personal insurance needs. Previous insurance experience is welcome, but it is not required. We provide on-the-job training and will help the right person work toward earning a Kentucky Property & Casualty insurance license, with the goal of becoming licensed within the first 30 days of employment.

We are a locally owned insurance agency that values relationships, teamwork, and taking care of our clients. This is not a call center position. You will have the opportunity to get to know the people you serve, help them understand their insurance options, and build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Help clients with home, auto, and other personal insurance needs
  • Prepare quotes and explain insurance options
  • Assist existing clients with policy questions, changes, and renewals
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Look for opportunities to provide better coverage or additional protection
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Work with other team members to provide excellent service
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records

We will provide training and support to help the selected candidate prepare for the Kentucky Property & Casualty licensing exam. The goal will be to complete the licensing process within the first 30 days of employment.
