Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Daily)

• Prospect aggressively through outside sales, referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Generate and close new business across Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance

• Conduct high impact policy reviews to upsell, cross sell, and retain clients

• Negotiate policies confidently while aligning with company guidelines

• Follow up relentlessly—leads, quotes, renewals, and referrals

• Execute marketing and lead generation strategies to dominate your local market

• Deliver strong customer service that turns clients into long term relationships

• Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity records

• Use data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or similar)

• Strong closer mentality with confidence handling objections and negotiations

• Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex concepts and sell value
