Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at H3lpOne Agency. The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable insurance products. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via phone and online channels, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves following up on leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and supporting policy renewals and changes. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong insurance knowledge, including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to explain policies and coverage clearly.
