Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Birmingham, AL. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their coverage needs and recommend appropriate Alfa products, including life, property, and automobile insurance. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy reviews, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves explaining policy details, handling customer inquiries, assisting with claims-related questions, and coordinating with underwriting and other internal teams. The Insurance Agent is expected to build long-term relationships in the local community, achieve sales and service targets, and uphold Alfa’s standards for personalized, responsive customer care.
