Job description

NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Service Verification Associate. You will be responsible for managing accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets and ensuring compliance with payroll deadlines. This role will work closely with employees, branch operations, and the Quality Assurance Department to maintain efficient and error-free timesheet records.
  • Pay: $15 - $17 Hourly
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM ET
  • This role is Remote within the US

You will...
  • Manage the current employee caseload by ensuring all timesheets are received by the weekly payroll deadline.
  • Verify and ensure timesheets are correctly filled out by the employee, reviewing for accuracy, and completeness.
  • Complete data entry and shift confirmation of all shifts worked in the appropriate Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform
  • Communicate with employees to follow up on any timesheet errors that can be resolved without the assistance of the Care Coordination department.
  • Run EHR reports to send mass communications to employees with missing timesheets or shift discrepancies, providing clear instructions for corrections.
  • Follow up with employees through a text and/or phone call throughout the payroll week to collect any outstanding timesheets from the most recent payroll period and/or previous payroll periods.
  • Assist branches and the Quality Assurance Department with service verification audit requests related to manual timesheets.
  • Monitor and assist with employee compliance for clocking in and out using the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
  • Regularly monitor the EVV Dashboard to ensure clock in and clock out are properly recorded in the client's schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned.
