Bill Palmer Insurance was founded in 1977 in Lancaster, Ohio. We are a full service independent insurance agency. We work with our clients to match-up the right company, product, and coverage for each situation. This is why we have been so successful. At Bill Palmer Insurance, integrity and respect are at the heart of everything we do to protect the community we live in and serve.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to bring on board as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. To be successful in this position you should be skilled at customer service and assertive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will service current accounts and assist in the production of new accounts. Effective communication through verbal and written presentations is essential in this role that will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service for clients and support the workflow of the agency.

Training is a supportive mix of observation and guided, hands-on learning. We foster a supportive and collaborative team culture beyond the training phase to insure an inclusive and cohesive team. We also offer a strong professional support system, creating a positive work-life balance, that includes plenty of PTO and paid holidays.
