Job description

As a Farmers Insurance Agency Producer, you will work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to help grow the agency through sales, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the agency's overall growth objectives.

- Sales Generation: Proactively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Insurance Solutions: Present and sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, to meet the needs of clients.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their ongoing insurance needs.

-Quoting & Policy Writing: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage, and complete the policy issuance process.

- Client Retention: Review policies with existing clients, offer policy upgrades, and ensure renewals are handled smoothly.

- Marketing & Community Outreach: Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

- Administrative Support: Assist the agency owner with administrative tasks such as managing client files, handling billing inquiries, and processing claims.

Requirements
