Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Presales Engineer to help prospective customers understand how the BriteCore Platform solves their most complex challenges. You’ll work closely with each organization to uncover their goals, configure our software to highlight its strengths, and deliver tailored demos that demonstrate the value of the BriteCore Platform.
 
You understand Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, approach problems analytically, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. You bring the perspective and composure to bridge technology, business and customer impact.
 
This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.
What you'll do
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, gather requirements and align BriteCore’s capabilities with their needs
  • Design and deliver customized demos and proposals that tell a clear story of value
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight and solution design
  • Share customer feedback and observations with Product and Engineering to guide future development
  • Train and enable the Sales and Marketing teams on our Platform’s functionality and technical differentiators
  • Complete RFI / RFP responses and proof of concept projects
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot demo and trial environments to ensure a smooth experience
  • Analyze customer documentation to identify opportunities and potential gaps
  • Represent BriteCore as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during customer meetings and industry events
  • Up to 50% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer working at a B2B SaaS company
  • 3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, supporting a SaaS platform
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a structured approach to challenges
  • Proven experience translating technical information into language that’s easy for non technical audiences to understand
  • Excellent presentation, collaboration and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with system configuration and technical troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
  • Strong situational awareness and the ability to adapt your approach based on your audience
Bonus points
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Python Backend Engineer
  • Experience as a Salesforce administrator
