Job description

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a strong technical software support person to be the frontline resource for troubleshooting software issues. The ideal candidate will provide expert support while working closely with internal staff and teams. If you would like to help

users to be successful with technology, enjoy teaching and solving problems join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee efficiency, maintenance and optimization of software systems ensuring they function smoothly
  • Design, test and implement reporting mechanisms to provide the required information to the agency
  • Manage the integration and deployment of new software, hardware and technology as needed
  • Establish, maintain and monitor email for all staff
  • Provide training and support to staff on software, hardware and IT procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and network-related issues
  • Maintain and monitor software and network security as it relates to access
  • Be available for on call support during designated weeks each month

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8Am to 5PM with on-call responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in software system design and support.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Windows Server and general IT systems administration.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (HER) systems, hardware setup and configuration, network operations, Office 365 administration and Microsoft product
  • Requires a valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance.
