  • Base salary: $35,000-$50,000, based on experience
  • Year-end averages with base + commissions: $65,000-$85,000

Responsibilities

Requirements

An active Property & Casualty License is a bonus but not required

3-5 years of previous sales experience (contract sales, banking, mortgage, business-to-business)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
