Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients experiencing mental health issues, with a specialization in substance abuse treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans that align with evidence-based best practices.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records that reflect treatment progress and adhere to legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team by participating in regular meetings to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health and substance abuse resources, providing them with the tools needed to support ongoing recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health and substance abuse treatment to continually enhance the quality of care provided.
• Effectively manage a caseload that meets the treatment goals and upholds the ethical standards of the profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Proficiency in solution-based interventions and familiarity with evidence-based therapy methods.

Compensation and Benefits

Beyond Social Work Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
