Job description

Killebrew Insurance LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Insurance Account Manager / Trainee to join our team. This position involves assisting customers with insurance service, quotes, policy changes, and relationship management while working in a professional office environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Insurance experience is helpful but not required, as we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that meet their specific needs.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.

Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential new business.

Keep client records up-to-date in our agency management system.


Requirements

Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.

Comfortable working in a local, office-based setting in Midland, Texas.

A proactive and helpful approach to problem-solving.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.

Willing to train the right person and help get them licensed
