Bedford, TX | Full-Time | In-Office (Mondayโ€“Friday)
Individual Contributor Role | Not a People Management Position
Apply if You're Built for High PerformanceThis is a full-time, in-office position in Bedford, Texas.

Diamond Guard Insurance has grown for more than 25 years because we hire people who take ownership, move fast, and care about winning. If you're looking for remote work or a job where you can coast, this isn't it. If you're looking to build a career, compete, and become the person customers ask for by name, keep reading.ย
If These 4 Questions Fire You Up then ApplyWe filter hard. Before you apply, ask yourself:
1) How are you competitive?
If you canโ€™t proveโ€”with examplesโ€”where you outperformed others, this isnโ€™t your lane.
2) What are your goals and what are you working for?
We want the people who wake up driven.
If you canโ€™t articulate what youโ€™re chasing, this wonโ€™t work.
3) How do you develop yourself?
If you donโ€™t invest in your own growthโ€”books, skills, training, practiceโ€”no one here will carry you.
4) How do you rate your service ability, and why?
We expect self-awareness and honesty.
If you canโ€™t explain why you win (or where you need improvement), youโ€™re not ready.
If these questions make you think โ€œYES, finally a place that gets me,โ€ then we want you.

What This Job Actually IsA fast-paced insurance service role where you'll own customer relationships from start to finish. You'll handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, coverage reviews, and problem resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience. Expect 30โ€“50 customer interactions each day through phone, email, and text. This is an individual contributor roleโ€”not a management position. .
If that excites you, perfect. If it scares you, skip this job.

What Makes Diamond Guard Different

  • Thrive when the pace speeds up
  • Want clients requesting you by name
  • Are sharp, organized, and fast on the phones
  • (Bonus) Speak Spanish and want to help more customers

You wonโ€™t be a fit if you need constant reminders, get overwhelmed when itโ€™s busy, or avoid being measured.

  • Fix billing + policy issues fast

  • Join weekly coaching on cross-sell, retention, and communication
  • Spot broken processes and help fix them
  • Get better every single month

Pay + Perks
  • $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps: $60Kโ€“$70K)
