Job description

The Insurance Service Agent plays a vital role within a small team, supporting clients through insurance data management, quote generation, and document handling. Reporting to the Senior Agent, this position demands strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. There is no travel required, and the role offers clear growth potential with opportunities to advance to a Senior Agent position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry related to insurance policies and client information
  • Generate insurance quotes tailored to client needs
  • Prepare and organize insurance documentation for policy issuance and renewals

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Insurance Producer License
  • Proficient in data entry with strong accuracy
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance services
  • High school diploma or equivalent
