We are seeking a driven, coach-minded Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing team of 1–3 Licensed Sales Producers within our agency. This role is designed for a high-performing producer ready to step into leadership while still maintaining personal production goals and helping scale overall agency growth.

The Sales Manager will serve as both:


An individual producer with personal sales expectations

A leader responsible for coaching, accountability, performance development, and culture for the sales team

Responsibilities

Manage and support 1–3 Licensed Sales Producers

Assist with onboarding, training, scripting, objection handling, and pipeline management

Help create a positive, competitive, growth-focused sales culture

Partner with agency leadership on recruiting and retention initiatives

Lead from the front through consistent sales activity and execution

Help maximize cross-sell and retention opportunities

Track team KPIs, reporting, and agency performance metrics

Help improve sales systems, workflows, and client experience

Requirements

A Property Casualty insurance license is required.

Minimum 1-year prior sales experience preferred.

Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
