  • Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources

Requirements
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred
  • Proven track record of winning
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Intrinsically driven to be successful
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required prior to start date
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required prior to start date
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
