We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in igniting the spirit and helping us take this community to new heights!

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive sales activities to achieve move-in goals and maximize occupancy.
  • Coordinate all marketing plan events, from open houses to special themed evenings.
  • Foster public relations and engage in community networking and outreach activities.
  • Interact and build relationships with current and potential residents, and their loved ones.
  • Manage responsibilities within budgetary guidelines and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize impact.

  • Senior living experience is preferred.
  • Sales is your calling; you work with seniors, are comfortable with cold calling, and know how to close.
