We are looking for Sales Director to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in igniting the spirit and helping us take this community to new heights!

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive sales activities to achieve move-in goals and maximize occupancy.
  • Coordinate all marketing plan events, from open houses to special themed evenings.
  • Foster public relations and engage in community networking and outreach activities.
  • Interact and build relationships with current and potential residents, and their loved ones.
  • Manage responsibilities within budgetary guidelines and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize impact.

  • Senior living experience is preferred
  • Sales is your Calling. Working with Seniors is a passion. Cold calling doesn't scare you. You follow a process and know how to close. Boom!
  • You're an empathetic, kind and a compassionate salesperson. You value the relationship, and the transaction is icing on the cake. This isn't selling widgets, you see that these are real people who are making big life decisions that can sometimes come with a lot of emotions - fear, anxious, sad, joy, relief.
