Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
About the RoleDaniel Lottinger - State Farm Agent is looking to fill a limited number of positions for full-time Insurance Sales team members to join our Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life team. This is a career-building role for people who enjoy working with customers, solving problems, and consistently moving opportunities forward.
You'll start with structured training and continue to improve through hands-on coaching. If you're someone who likes to connect with others, work toward clear goals, and build long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business by following a disciplined activity plan, including:
    • Responding to and following up on inbound leads
    • Making outbound calls and reaching out to prospects
    • Prospecting and converting qualified leads into insurance opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating policy and client information in our CRM/database.
  • Support clients through the full experience, including:
    • Answering policy questions and general inquiries
    • Assisting with policy changes, updates, and related requests
    • Explaining coverage options clearly and guiding customers on next steps
  • Collaborate with underwriters to keep applications moving and help support timely policy issuance.
  • Stay accountable to follow-through, including:
    • Tracking performance and call outcomes
    • Documenting activity and statuses
    • Ensuring next steps are completed so leads don't stall
    • Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer-first approach every day.

Licensing Requirement
This is a licensed Insurance Sales role. You must have or be able to obtain both of the following:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Life License

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
