POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Orange, VA

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Orange County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Orange County Farm Bureau Office located in Orange, VA.

If you are a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual, this position is for you! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations.
