What is an insurance restoration project manager?

Insurance Restoration Project Managers are professionals who oversee construction and repair projects that result from damage covered by insurance claims, such as those caused by fire, water, storms, or other disasters. They act as the main point of contact between property owners, insurance adjusters, and contractors, ensuring that restoration work meets industry standards and is completed on time and within budget. Their responsibilities include assessing damage, estimating costs, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
