Job description

An independent insurance recruiter is a professional or agency specializing in matching candidates with insurance companies or agencies seeking talent. Salary: 75k-90k
Must know: EPIC, TAM or AMS360


Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty commercial accounts.
โ€ข Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
โ€ข Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
โ€ข Familiarity with various carrier underwriters and online rating tools.
โ€ข Manage and organize information for account renewals.
Qualifications:
โ€ข 5-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in servicing commercial accounts.
โ€ข Current Property and Casualty license.
โ€ข Designations | CIC, CRIS, CPCU, โ€ฆ
โ€ข Proficiency in Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software is preferred.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of the Insurance/Brokerage industry.
โ€ข Technical expertise in the relevant product area or industry.
โ€ข Capability to offer consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
