An independent insurance recruiter is a professional or agency specializing in matching candidates with insurance companies or agencies seeking talent. Must know: EPIC, TAM or AMS360


Key Responsibilities:
• In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty commercial accounts.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
• Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
• Familiarity with various carrier underwriters and online rating tools.
• Manage and organize information for account renewals.
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in servicing commercial accounts.
• Current Property and Casualty license.
• Designations | CIC, CRIS, CPCU, …
• Proficiency in Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software is preferred.
