Compensation:$140,000+
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough client intake interviews to understand their legal needs and provide initial guidance.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, advocating for fair compensation for clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
- Manage litigation processes, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their legal journey.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights for continuous improvement in legal practices.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Membership in the Utah Bar.
- 0-15 years of civil litigation experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise support staff as necessary.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people.
- Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and eager willingness to work long hours when necessary.
- No disciplinary record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
