Compensation:

$140,000+


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client intake interviews to understand their legal needs and provide initial guidance.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, advocating for fair compensation for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
  • Manage litigation processes, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their legal journey.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights for continuous improvement in legal practices.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Membership in the Utah Bar.
  • 0-15 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and supervise support staff as necessary.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people.
  • Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and eager willingness to work long hours when necessary.
  • No disciplinary record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
