Legal Action & Attorney Network Assistant Manager & Trainer

North American Recovery, Utahs premier collection agency, is seeking a high-impact professional to join our growing team in our West Valley City office. As we continue to expand at a rapid pace, we are looking for a driven, energetic leader to help strengthen and enhance our nationwide attorney network and legal action operations.
For more than 32 years, North American Recovery has built an outstanding reputation for excellence in debt recovery. A key component of that success is our nationwide network of attorneys, who partner with us to initiate legal action and pursue recovery on assigned accounts.
The Legal Action & Attorney Network Assistant Manager & Trainer will work closely with the Legal Network Manager and Senior Management Team to oversee attorney network operations, improve legal action performance, and lead training initiatives. This role is critical in identifying process gaps, implementing meaningful improvements, and ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures across our legal network.
This position combines leadership, operational oversight, and training responsibilities. You will play a key role in developing team members, strengthening attorney relationships, and driving improved recovery outcomes through effective strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and ongoing development of our nationwide attorney network
  • Monitor attorney performance, compliance, and account progression
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical, results-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to implement strategic solutions
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with attorneys and legal staff
  • Analyze legal action results and recommend strategies to enhance recovery performance
  • Partner with department leaders to improve overall network performance and company results
  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of North American Recovery
