What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Represent clients in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, foreclosure, bankruptcy, judgment execution, and other real property issues
  • Manage cases from initial review through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and court procedures
  • Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other case-related filings
  • Advocate for clients during hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and other legal proceedings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and trusted legal counsel
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and advise clients on complex legal matters
