Receptionist
LHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company located near Downtown Phoenix, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide a welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations. The hourly rate is up to $21/hr.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and being a key part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for all guests.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, employees, and internal departments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
