Customer Retention & Quoting Specialist

JM Test Systems is looking for a Customer Retention &Quoting Specialist who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, andhelping customers keep their operations safe and compliant. In this role,you'll be a key connection point between our customers, sales team, andinternal operations-ensuring timely recalibrations, accurate quotes, and asmooth overall experience.
If you're detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone andemail, and motivated by helping customers succeed, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming or overdue equipment recalibrations and safety testing
  • Prepare clear, accurate service quotes and respond to customer inquiries
  • Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to support quoting and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer and equipment records in our CRM and internal systems
  • Use tools like CalMapp and CRM to track follow-ups and identify service opportunities
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed communication history
  • Log customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, quoting, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls and building long-term customer relationships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
