Job Overview:
L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within the water and wastewater construction industry. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on time delivery, and upholding exceptional quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and adept at collaborating with field teams, superintendents, and clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects focused on water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, and system improvements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between L7 Construction, Inc. and clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all phases of the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality control measures, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Monitor project performance and resolve issues or delays to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and facilitate regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors as required for each project.
  • Review and approve project invoices and manage project cost tracking.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project staff and teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience. Equivalent professional experience accepted.
  • Preferred experience in project management, with a focus on water and wastewater construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, treatment plants, and associated construction processes.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish while staying on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools. Experience with Excel and Procore is a plus.
