  • Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material procurement while successfully executing standard, specialty trade, and complex structural scopes of work.
  • Oversee project execution by managing labor hours and project costs within budget, while coordinating weekly and monthly billing, financial reporting, receivable collections, and monthly financial closeout activities.
  • Maintain accurate project forecasting and cost management practices to achieve gross profit results within established company targets.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure quality execution and compliance with contractual requirements, company safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Prepare and submit estimates, bids, proposals, change orders, and project documentation aligned with profit goals
  • Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners, communicating proactively to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure expectations are met

        Qualifications:

        • Safety first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting safe work practices
        • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred; however, relevant industry experience and proven leadership ability may be substituted for formal education; Project Management Professional certification is a plus
        • A solid understanding of construction site operations and best practices
        • Ability to lead and motivate teams through effective communication, collaboration, active listening, and delegation of responsibilities
        • Ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications with strong understanding of how multiple scopes and trades integrate within the construction process
        • Comfortable negotiating pricing, terms and schedule with customers and vendors
        • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to confidently evaluate situations, communicate perspectives, and make sound, decisive decisions in a timely manner.
        • Highly organized and adaptable, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize, provide direction, and navigate changing project demands in a fast-paced environment.
        • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
        • Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers, vendors, and customers
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

          What We Offer

          • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications
          • Hands-on learning from day one with ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and build your career
          • Paid time off and holidays to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance
          • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, plus flexible spending accounts (FSAs) to help cover healthcare and dependent care expenses
          • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match
