Job description

The Implementations Project Management Associate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of projects for our clients, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning and resource management. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:Create and manage comprehensive project plans for an assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals.

  • Resource Coordination:Manage and coordinate the activities of internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors across various project workstreams to ensure timely execution.

  • Status Reporting:Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and project teams to update on project progress and address potential issues.

  • Steering Committee Leadership:Lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management, facilitating strategic discussions and decision-making.

  • Commercial Management:Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial targets met.

  • Resource Allocation Oversight:Manage and report on resource allocation, optimizing the utilization of resources for the assigned project portfolio.

  • Metrics Accountability:Take responsibility for tracking project metrics such as utilization, go-live adherence, and billing accuracy, ensuring project health is continuously monitored.

  • Client Relationship Management:Serve as a trusted client relationship manager, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and fostering strong client partnerships.

  • Transition Facilitation:Ensure a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team after project implementation, enabling ongoing client support.

  • Multi-Project Management:Demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal supervision, delivering results efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com and Salesforce.

  • Experience in implementing large-scale programs, particularly in multi-location settings.

  • Proven track record of managing projects in a matrix reporting environment, delivering them on time and within budget.

  • Ability to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements throughout project lifecycles.

  • Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting processes.

  • Familiarity with Change Management or Change Delivery roles in client-facing environments.

  • Exposure to investment accounting, reporting, and analytics software solutions.

  • Strong technical skills and expertise in project management software.

  • Familiarity withSoftware-as-a-Service(SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions.

  • Background in Investment Accounting, with qualifications such as ACCA, viewed as an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

  • Relevant experience in financial services (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc.).

  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.

  • Understanding of securities or financial markets is preferred.

Salary Range

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
