Project Management Office (PMO) Manager - Creaform Engineering - Levis or Laval

As a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager at Creaform Engineering, you will ensure consistency in practices, project performance, and team development, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

Your key responsibilities as a Project Management Office Manager in Levis or Laval include:

  • Structuring, maintaining, and evolving project management processes and tools
  • Overseeing a portfolio of complex projects from estimation to delivery
  • Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with sales during the pre-project phase including estimates, costs, and schedules
  • Managing risks, changes, addenda, and contractual issues
  • Coaching, engaging, and developing a team of project managers
  • Planning resource growth with approximately two additions per year and optimizing allocation
  • Monitoring financial performance and KPIs and producing reports for management
  • Fostering continuous improvement and PMO maturity within Creaform Engineering

To help you succeed as a Project Management Office Manager in Levis or Laval:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Eight or more years of experience in project management, ideally in NPI or automation
  • Proven experience in team management
  • PMP certification or equivalent considered a strong asset
  • Experience with multidisciplinary projects including machinery and prototypes
  • Bilingual in French and English in an international context
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills

Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
