Role Summary

The Operational Enablement SME will support the ETS Risk Management organization by driving operational excellence, governance execution, workforce planning, and leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Operational Enablement
Serve as the PMO Lead for ETS Risk Management operational enablement initiatives.
Coordinate and manage operational activities across the division to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Drive execution of key operational processes, governance activities, and organizational priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through standardized processes and reporting.
Leadership Reporting & Communications
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting materials and dashboards.
Coordinate leadership reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior management reviews and governance forums.
Deliver insights and recommendations based on operational performance metrics and trends.
Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs)
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs).
Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders to provide a comprehensive view of organizational performance, risks, and priorities.
Track actions, decisions, and follow-up activities arising from leadership reviews.
Operating Model & Governance Support
Assist in operationalizing the ETS Risk operating model.
Support the establishment and execution of governance frameworks and management cadences.
Document operating procedures, governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
Ensure governance processes are consistently applied and aligned with business objectives.
Workforce Planning
Support workforce planning processes, including resource tracking, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
Develop workforce planning outputs and management reporting artifacts.
Partner with leadership to provide resource management insights and recommendations.
Key Deliverables
Workforce planning analyses, forecasts, and reporting outputs.
Executive and leadership reporting materials.
Integrated Business Review (IBR) coordination and meeting outputs.
ETS Risk operating model documentation and process artifacts.
Governance cadence management and related support materials.
PMO tracking, status reporting, and operational performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Approximately 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, or related functions.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership teams in large, complex organizations.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, operating models, and organizational management processes.
Experience building executive-level presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Risk Management, Financial Services, Technology, or Enterprise Shared Services organizations.
Knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and resource management practices.
Experience facilitating executive governance forums and business review meetings.
PMP, PMI, or comparable project/program management certifications are an asset.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 to 100000
