The Impact you will have in this role:
As an Associate Director within IT Asset Management and ServiceNow Platform Delivery, you will lead enterprise-wide ITAM and ServiceNow transformation programs, driving efforts that include modernization, governance, data quality, and stakeholder enablement efforts across ITAM, CMDB, lifecycle management, and ServiceNow.
This role is accountable for end-to-end program delivery, overseeing large, cross-functional initiatives that integrate ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, and asset lifecycle processes-ensuring alignment to regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale ITAM and ServiceNow programs
  • Own program roadmap, milestones, budgets, and outcomes
  • Drive execution across agile and hybrid models, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Oversee CMDB, CSDM, ITAM integration or enablement work efforts
  • Ensure alignment to enterprise data models and governance
  • Support key ITAM initiatives and capability operationalization projects
  • Drive ITAM and LCM governance and improvement efforts
  • Drive new CSDM capabilities and taxonomy improvements across stakeholder groups
  • Integrate CMDB with external systems as needed in project support efforts
  • Manage projects and Professional Services engagements to improve CMDB data quality
  • Define Critical Data Elements, ownership, and recertification workflows
  • Manage internal stakeholder projects or work efforts requiring ITAM, CMDB or ServiceNow support
  • Interface with senior leadership, architecture, Service Owners
  • Deliver executive reporting and metrics
  • Drive automation and workflow improvements
  • Reduce manual processes and increase scalability
  • Define standards, KPIs, and operating models to ensure operational support for new capabilities

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:
  • 8+ years ITAM / CMDB / ServiceNow experience
  • Proven enterprise program delivery
  • Experience in regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (CMDB, ITAM, ITSM)
  • Experience with CSDM and lifecycle management
  • Preferred: ServiceNow, ITIL, PMP certifications
  • Ability to drive on-time program and project delivery and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of CMDB accuracy and critical data element enhancements
  • Ability to drive audit-ready lifecycle controls and dashboarding
  • Understanding of ITAM automated governance and controls
  • Great communication and organizational skills
