Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO) is a Minnesota based organization that provides responsive and respectful services and supports for individuals with a range of disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. ILO is looking to hire a Full-time Program Manager for our Corporate Foster Care program in Roseville.

Program Manager:

The Program Manager position is an entry level management/supervisory position. Job duties include:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients in the program.
  • Administer medications
  • Assist clients with hygiene management (i.e. toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.)
  • Household management
  • Documentation of daily activities and client progress
  • Plan and engage clients in community/social integration activities
  • Coordinate and establish relationships with multidisciplinary teams
  • Meet quality and licensing standards of the program.
