Technical Program Manager The Technical Program Manager oversees the execution of new product development initiatives, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch

This role ensures projects stay on schedule, manages risks and dependencies, facilitates informed decision-making, and drives continuous improvement of product development and project management practices. Responsibilities Manage multiple product development and engineering projects through planning, execution, validation, and product launch. Partner with engineering, product management, manufacturing, operations, quality, and external partners to keep projects on track and resolve issues.

Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, risk logs, and status reports to provide clear visibility into project progress. Lead project meetings, milestone reviews, and cross-functional discussions, ensuring accountability for actions and deliverables. Anticipate technical, operational, and schedule risks, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend solutions that support project objectives.

Track project performance, dependencies, and resource utilization to improve planning and delivery. Develop and enhance project management tools, processes, and reporting that improve efficiency and transparency. Support project prioritization and capacity planning across multiple initiatives.

Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to strengthen future execution. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent product development experience.

Five or more years of experience managing technical programs or complex engineering projects. Demonstrated success leading hardware or electronic product development from concept through production. Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities.

Familiarity with structured product development processes, including phase-gate and Agile frameworks. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and make informed recommendations.

Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or external development partners. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms. Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company-matched 401(k), PTO.
