Job description

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and performance execution of complex government contracts. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Government, Contracting Officers, and senior leadership while ensuring operational efficiency, risk management, and contract compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage program cost, schedule tracking, and contract performance
Allocate staffing, facilities, and budget resources
Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial reporting
Develop Integrated Program Baselines and risk mitigation strategies
Lead cross-disciplinary teams and multi-vendor contract environments
Prepare program reviews, technical reports, and Government briefings
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies
Support recruitment, training, and workforce development


Qualifications:
10+ years of program or project management experience in similar complex environments
Experience with requirements analysis, deliverable tracking, and financial monitoring
Minimum 1 year experience managing funds using Earned Value Management
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and DoD policies
PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level II certification required

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
