We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with dealership sales experience who is ready to transition into an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) role. If you've built trust with customers, consistently perform, and want to increase your earning potential while developing new skills, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn all aspects of dealership finance and insurance operations.
  • Manage the finance department and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present financing options to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financing regulations.

 

 
Requirements:

  • Required: Previous automotive dealership sales experience
  • Consistent sales performance with a strong customer-first approach
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow into an F&I leadership role
