Job description

We are seeking a Clinic Operations Manager Nurse with management and OB experience to lead our OB/Pedi team. Our Clinic Operations Manager Nurse is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinic site(s), ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient experiences, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role collaborates closely with operational leadership to manage site functions, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that enhance clinic performance.

A Day in the Life of a Clinic Operations Manager Nurse may look like this:
  • Lead clinic operations and staff management, including scheduling, performance coaching, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission) and organizational policies.
  • Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct audits, reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.

We ask our Clinic Operations Manager Nurse to possess a minimum of:
  • Current valid Texas nursing license (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

The following experience/skills are preferred:
  • One (1) year of clinical experience (inpatient/outpatient)
  • Two (2) years of management experience in a clinic or outpatient environment
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
