HVAC Operations ManagerOverview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead our service and installation teams. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, developing employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission Opportunities
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HVAC service and installation operations.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage labor, inventory, fleet, vendor relationships, and operational expenses.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop service and installation personnel.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, licensing, and permitting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
  • Resolve customer concerns and support a high level of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and field teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and production.
Qualifications
Required
  • 10+ years of HVAC leadership, operations, technical, or sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and service operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of local codes, permitting requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred
  • EPA Certification.
  • NATE Certification.
  • HVAC trade license (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
