Cool Today is currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Our warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

What Will I Do?

  • Picking, stocking, and receiving
  • Cycle count and manage inventory across the warehouse and fleet vehicles
  • Staging orders, and preparing for technicians’ material needs
  • Ordering parts, and managing warranty claims from vendors
  • Run parts from warehouse or vendor to job site in a company vehicle
  • Other tasks as assigned

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Warehouse experience
  • Ability to drive company vehicles
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds
  • Knowledge or working experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Filtration preferred
  • Current forklift license preferred
  • Service Titan Experience preferred
  • Understanding of basic computer skills including:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Internet browsing
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel to various warehouses as needed
