Finch Investment Group (FIG), a private investment and asset servicing firm, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Operations Associate. The firm, based in Jacksonville, FL, has collectively purchased, managed, and serviced more than $2.4 billion in delinquent property tax liens for more than 650 taxing jurisdictions.



Role Description

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting Finch Investment Groupโ€™s data integrity, administrative workflows, and client service functions. This position ensures FIGโ€™s operations run with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing large datasets, complex documentation, and frequent communication with external partners.


This role requires strong execution skills, a commitment to precision, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. As a key contributor to the operations team, the Operations Associate helps uphold FIGโ€™s high standards in servicing property tax lien portfolios across hundreds of jurisdictions.



Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Organize, prepare, and process documents for mailing
  • Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Save and meticulously organize documents in FIGโ€™s web-based system and cloud storage environment
  • Triage physical mail and digitally scanned mail

Client Service

  • Assist with inbound and outbound communication with tax collectors, treasurers, and taxpayers
  • Monitor various email inboxes and phone lines
  • Call towns, districts, and vendors to resolve issues
  • Log all calls and conversations into FIGโ€™s database immediately after each interaction
  • Maintain a professional and highly responsive approach

Data

  • Input clean and accurate data into FIGโ€™s system
  • Reconcile large datasets in Excel
  • Normalize external data for internal systems



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations/administrative experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Management or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and related data entry tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid project management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on accuracy
