What is this role?
As a Operations Associate for Cirkul you will be responsible for building relationship and managing projects that support the overall business operations goals. You will work cross functionally with many departments such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Productions, and Creative to ensure the project meets minimum customer and operational run requirements. A successful project manager will be detail oriented, organized and directly engaged within each task of the projects.
What does an average day look like?
  • Driving Results: Leads projects that expand our operational footprint by collaborating with multiple departments to deliver solutions for increased consumer satisfaction.
  • Taking Ownership: Oversees projects and ensures on time delivery, within scope and on budget.
  • Making Decisions: Ability to discover solutions that adapt to current manufacturing machinery and operating technologies.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Develops detailed project plans, risks, and mitigation plans to monitor and communicate progress with cross functional teams and steering committees.
  • Instilling Trust: Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects through ideation, concept, development, and deployment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Maintains project files, meeting notes and action items, budgets and project controls.

What background should you have?
  • Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, scope and timeline maintenance and documentation, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
  • PMP or lean six sigma certifications preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills to facilitate working relations between business groups and technology departments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills required.
  • Results oriented, high degree of initiative, follow through, and accountability.
  • High level of critical thinking ability, organization and entrepreneurship.
