BUSINESS OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Details

Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Business Unit: Solid Waste Disposal

Reports to: Operations Manager

Travel Requirement: No

 

Job Description 

Select’s Operations Administrator supervises the office duties of the location.

 

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
  • Supervises and monitors the performance of office workers.
  • Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
  • Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
  • Makes recommendations to upper management regarding staffing issues and procedural changes.
  • Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
  • Highschool diploma or GED is required.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

 

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment.  The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
