Job Description

Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for an experienced Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high producing finance and insurance team at one of our nine retail dealerships in OKC and Shawnee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Offer financing and product options utilizing comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
  • Track portfolio with lenders. Process loan and lease applications for lender approval.
  • Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
  • Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
  • Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and trends.
  • Provide world class customer service and support to all customers.
Qualifications
  • Proven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Manager.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirement.
  • Ability to in a fast paced automotive retail environment.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
