Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to our existing clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have the best protection possible. You will proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products—such as auto, home, renters, commercial, liability, umbrella policies, life insurance, and supplemental health—to provide comprehensive coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and timely policy support
  • Conduct in-depth policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Cross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products to maximize client protection and agency revenue
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends
  • Utilize CRM and insurance management software to track client interactions and policy details
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth goals
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commission or outbound sales, account management, or customer service
  • Licensed or willing to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License (State-specific licensing a plus)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions
  • Proficient in insurance software platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
