Whatyou'llaccomplishwith us

As a Business Development Specialist,you'llbe at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Support and execute strategies to grow the client base and acquire new accounts.
  • Identify and engage potential retailers, presenting solutions and offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Assist with account setup, documentation, and coordinate installations and follow ups to ensure efficient onboarding.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with retailers to support transitions, facilitate meetings, and help resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews, perform follow ups, and support retention efforts for vulnerable or former clients.
  • Monitor compensation, loan agreements, and ensure effective oversight of retailer accounts.
  • Support risk management activities and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent iA Dealer Services at industry events; assist with planning, budgeting, and building strategic relationships to expand our network.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support the onboarding and training of internal and external partners.
  • Respond to internal inquiries, collaborate across teams, uphold professionalism, and ensure the timely preparation of reports and expense claims.
