Sanimax is looking to hire an Organizational Development Analyst.
Position Purpose
As an Organizational Development Analyst, you will play an important role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and engagement. Working closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team, you will support key talent development processes, including learning and development, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
You will contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and growth by helping identify development needs, supporting capability-building initiatives, and leveraging data and insights to improve employee and organizational performance. You will work in close collaboration with the People & Culture team leading change management and transformational initiatives aligned with the Sanimax People Strategy.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
  • Assist in analyzing organizational and development needs, and support the design and deployment of programs and initiatives related to organizational development, learning and development, talent management, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, change management, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide advice and support on organizational development and talent development initiatives, evaluate programs, and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Proactively collaborate on culture change initiatives and identify organizational, process, and governance impacts.
  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives that align with business goals and employee development needs. Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback, participation, and organizational outcomes.
  • Support talent development processes such as performance management, goal setting, individual development plans (IDPs), succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness, and contribute recommendations to support workforce and leadership development.
  • Analyze organizational data, talent metrics, and employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze performance indicators to monitor organizational and HR transformation efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes.
  • Work with the HRIS team to reflect People & Culture processes in our HRIS system, Workday, to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
  • Support and administer key People & Culture process cycles, including Workday setup, maintenance, reporting, and process coordination.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and development sessions that support communication, collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to provide support in areas such as employee development, team dynamics, performance management, and change management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and learning and development, incorporating them into company programs and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth by promoting development opportunities and supporting employees' career progression.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives related to organizational development, talent development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting learning and development initiatives, talent management processes, employee engagement programs, change management, leadership development, or organizational design initiatives.
  • Understanding of performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness practices.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong orientation toward results and process optimization
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Bilingualism in French and/or Spanish (an asset).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • High professional integrity and discretion in managing sensitive organizational and employee-related matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
