Job description

Management Internship

By joining our team as a Management Intern, you will gain a comprehensive, hands-on view of what it takes to manage a successful car wash operation. This structured internship program is designed to provide real-world experience in leadership, customer service, and business operations while preparing you for a future management role.

Internship Timeline & Structure

  • Full-Time Internship: 6-month program
  • Part-Time Internship: 8-month program (minimum 24 hours per week)

The program is intentionally paced to allow both full-time and part-time interns to progress through the same core training and leadership milestones, with additional time allotted for part-time schedules.

Program Overview

During the initial phase of the internship, you will:

  • Work in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
  • Learn to interact with customers and team members
  • Receive hands-on training in daily car wash operations
  • Support customer service and site-level operational needs
  • Work closely with the management team to understand key business processes

As you progress through the program, you will gain exposure to:

  • Workforce management and scheduling
  • Business planning, strategy, and performance tracking
  • Financial fundamentals related to site operations
  • Decision-making and problem-solving in a high-volume environment

Advanced Training & Leadership Development

By the second half of the internship (aligned to your full-time or part-time timeline), you will:

  • Take on increased leadership responsibility at your assigned site
  • Participate in training and financial reviews
  • Begin making operational decisions alongside your management team
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members
  • Practice managing performance, accountability, and customer experience

By the end of the internship, Management Interns are expected to demonstrate readiness for a leadership role by successfully managing staff, supporting site performance, and upholding company standards.

  • A current student within 24 months of earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 6 months
  • Part-Time interns must work a minimum of 24 hours per week
