Job description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Compensation and People Analytics area of Human Resources. You'll work alongside experienced Compensation Analysts and HR professionals to learn how compensation and analytic strategies support organizational goals, attract top talent, and maintain internal equity and compliance.
What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain dashboards to validate and visualize People Analytics data
Work with cross-functional HR teams to support strategic initiatives like job leveling, headcount forecasting, and skills gap
analysis.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data from systems.
• Market price jobs using salary survey tools and systems
• Assist in composing and updating job descriptions
• Partner with Compensation Analysts to develop competitive job offers
• Support salary equity reviews in alignment with company policies
• Contribute to special projects within the Compensation Team
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and pay-related regulations

What We Are Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, MBA, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and apply HR laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Solid software skills, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Take a consultative and analytical approach to tasks
